WILLEMSTAD – On Monday, April 14, 2025, a total of 12 new staff members from the Probation Office participated in a training session focused on the Code of Conduct. The training was facilitated by Jeanomar Elizabeth from the Ministry of Justice and Marilyn Isaac e.v. La Cruz from the Ministry of Finance.
During the session, participants learned about their rights as public employees, as well as the responsibilities they must uphold in the workplace. They also practiced applying the Code of Conduct by analyzing potential scenarios they may encounter in their roles.
The training will soon be extended to all new public employees working in departments under the Ministry of Justice.
The Ministry of Justice wishes all new colleagues at the Probation Office success and wisdom in carrying out their duties.
