WILLEMSTAD - Cornelia Thesseling-Baaten has been appointed by the Council of Ministers as a notary. As a result, there are again ten notaries in Curaçao.
A vacancy had arisen since the sentencing of former notary Kleinmoedig for misusing funds that were in an escrow account. On the recommendation of the court, the Council of Ministers has appointed Thesseling-Baaten this week. She has been in the notarial profession for over 24 years.
