WILLEMSTAD – On Monday, January 13, 2025, the Acting Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Michèle Russel-Capriles, swore in Commander M.P. Luttge as the military member of the panel and Mr. P.M. Leijten as a member of the Joint Court of Justice for Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba. The ceremony took place in the presence of, among others, the President of the Joint Court, Mr. Mauritsz de Kort.
