WILLEMSTAD – On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, the newly appointed Consul-General of China to Curaçao, Mr. Kaibin Zhang, paid a courtesy visit to the Acting Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Michele Russel-Capriles. 

Also present during the meeting were Ms. Sophia Tang, policy officer at the Chinese Consulate, and Ms. Darryllin van der Veen, representing the Directorate of Foreign Relations of Curaçao.
