WILLEMSTAD – The Public Affairs Department, known as Kranshi, is reminding everyone who comes to make a change of address and/or register themselves or someone else to present to Kranshi a document that shows they have the right to live at the new address.
Starting from October 16, 2023, it is necessary for every citizen who registers or plans to register themselves at the new address to possess a document proving they have the right to live at that address.
Kranshi has noticed that many citizens are using the services provided by the online system. This means they can request services or documents online. Therefore, when using the change of address service, it is essential to attach the document confirming that you can reside at the mentioned address.
