WILLEMSTAD - The Sapaté neighborhood has a multifunctional center. This is reported by the Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning (VVRP). Training activities can be organized in the center.
The official handover was done by Minister of VVRP Charles Cooper to the umbrella organization of community centers Unidat di Bario. They will be in charge of the day-to-day management of the center. The center is intended to organize sports and recreational activities, as well as training activities and services.
The center was built by the public housing foundation Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP). The foundation will remain responsible for maintenance. The funding was provided by the European Union from the so-called Lot 4 project in block H of the Sapaté allotment plan.
