WILLEMSTAD - The Coast Guard of the ABC Islands must work more together this year with their colleagues in Venezuela. That is according to Minister Ank Bijleveld in her Annual Plan for Defense.

In order to achieve this, our Coast Guard is open to a joint exercise with Venezuela. The aim is to reduce the number of Venezuelan boat refugees.
