WILLEMSTAD - Health Minister Javier Silvania has introduced a new collaboration protocol aimed at enhancing oversight and enforcement by various ministries and agencies.
The protocol encourages closer cooperation between ministries and agencies such as the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). "The improved collaboration will ensure more efficient inspections," emphasized Silvania.
A coordination team will be established to create an annual inspection plan, focusing on specific sectors and regions.
Silvania also called on businesses to strictly adhere to laws and regulations to avoid fines and penalties.
