WILLEMSTAD - Minister Charles Cooper, together with the Urban Planning Service (ROP), has issued a construction permit to Cape Marie Luxury Apartments for the total construction of 11 homes in Coral Estate.
Cape Marie Luxury Apartments - Building C is located in Rif Sint Marie, where 11 luxury apartments will be built. The development represents a total investment of 14 million guilders.
During the execution of this construction project, technical fire safety requirements will be taken into account, and sufficient parking spaces will be provided for the apartments.
This development contributes significantly to the economic boost of Curaçao by creating job opportunities during the construction phase.
