WILLEMSTAD - At the request of the residents of Otrobanda, Member of Parliament Ana Maria Pauletta (PAR) organized a meeting to discuss housing issues. The meeting took place last Thursday at the neighborhood center in Otrobanda, as reported by the political party PAR on Sunday. 

During the meeting, residents expressed their concerns about various housing problems, particularly the management of the Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP). Topics such as the overdue maintenance of government housing, the FKP points system, communication issues, and the shortage of affordable rental housing were addressed. 

It became clear that there is a need to improve the FKP points system and address housing management issues. Pauletta has received requests to organize similar meetings in other neighborhoods and will continue to do so. Additionally, letters will be sent to FKP and the Ministry of Social Development, Labor, and Welfare to resolve the issues discussed during the meetings.
