THE HAGUE - The man who was arrested on the highway in the Netherlands on Friday is the 32-year-old Curtley Basilia. He is suspected of murder, manslaughter, and bribery by justice officials in Willemstad.

Basilia would have been involved as an NLS member in the shooting at Hato Airport in 2014. At the arrival hall, outside, two people were killed, and seven passengers were injured.
