WILLEMSTAD - On Thursday evening, preventive inspections took place in Curaçao by the Police Force in the Buena Vista and Kurá Piedra area.

This happened in collaboration with the Curaçao Militia, the Volunteer Corps Curaçao and the Royal Netherlands Navy.

"Cars were rigorously searched," said the KPC.

A small number of drugs was found for which the investigated persons received a fine.

A total of 29 fines have been issued for traffic violations.
