The fire caused extensive damage not only to the restaurant's upper floor but also significantly affected the street-level areas. Smoke from the blaze has impacted nearby businesses within the Riffort area as well.
In a statement, Aqualectra reported that the smoke is hindering service at its Customer Service Center in Rif (Awasa), and efforts are underway to create alternative solutions to continue assisting customers. Visitors are advised to expect adjusted conditions if visiting the location in Rif.
