WILLEMSTAD - Public Works (OW) starts today with significant maintenance on the Queen Juliana Bridge. From Monday, September 12 to Monday, October 12, work will take place and part of the bridge will be closed in the direction of Punda.  

From Monday, OW will start water jetting and painting the sidewalk and railing of the Queen Juliana Bridge. In addition, rusted parts of the bridge are being serviced. The work will take place from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The road will be reopened outside these times.  

Contractor MNO closes half of the road in the direction of Punda. The government asks people who have to cross the bridge to follow the instructions on the road signs and to be careful.
