WILLEMSTAD - Minister Charles Cooper, together with the Public Works Service (OW), informs that maintenance work will take place on Kaya Cinthia and Kaya Consolea from April 29th to May 7th. This will last for a week.
The work consists of removing old asphalt and paving the roads anew. The Curaçao Roads Construction Company (CWM) is responsible for executing the work. Working hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During the execution of these works, residents and businesses in this area can access their homes or establishments as usual. For other motorists using this road, there will be alternative routes guided by traffic signs and barriers.
Minister Charles Cooper, together with the Public Works Service, continues to work! Together, they are improving Curaçao's infrastructure, including maintenance of various roads, traffic lights, elevated roads, installing cat eyes, and much more. This will continue during the coming period. There are more projects in preparation.
Minister Cooper, along with OW, appeals to our people to consider that there are works taking place:

Leave home a little earlier,
Respect traffic rules and diversions, and
Take it easy on the roads.
These works contribute to improving the quality of life in Curaçao.
