Maduro & Curiel's Bank Achieves Record Milestones in 2024

WILLEMSTAD Maduro & Curiel’s Bank (MCB) has reached significant financial milestones in 2024, marking a record year for the institution. For the first time in its history, the bank surpassed 10 billion guilders in assets. Additionally, MCB’s net profit for the year climbed to a record-breaking 226 million guilders, as revealed in official figures released today. 

One of the other major achievements for MCB in 2024 was surpassing 5 billion guilders in total customer loans. This marks a significant milestone in the bank's continued growth and its key role in the financial sector of the Dutch Caribbean. 

MCB remains the largest bank across the six Caribbean islands it serves, employing approximately 1,300 people. The bank’s headquarters is located on Curaçao, and its success is a testament to the strength and stability of the institution, which has long been a cornerstone of the regional financial landscape. 

These impressive results underscore MCB’s strong performance and its strategic focus on customer service, innovation, and sustainable growth in a competitive market. As the bank looks to the future, these milestones position MCB as a key player in the Caribbean financial sector.
