WILLEMSTAD - The Meteorological Service of Curaçao has confirmed that a disturbance located northeast of the Bahamas is impacting the wind patterns around the ABC islands. As a result, residents can expect reduced wind conditions on Monday and Tuesday. Additionally, Wednesday will feel even warmer than usual.
According to the weather service, the wind is anticipated to gradually strengthen starting from Thursday. Presently, the wind speed ranges between 5 to 12 kilometers per hour, considerably lower than the typical 20 to 30 kilometers per hour. It is important for individuals to bear in mind that August and September are typically the hottest months, despite the current decrease in wind activity.
Furthermore, another disturbance originating from Africa is currently traversing the Atlantic and heading toward the region.
