According to the list, Charetti America-Francisca has been proposed for the position of Minister of Social Development, Labor, and Welfare (SOAW), a role currently held by Kòrsou Esun Mihó (KEM). Ruthmilda Larmonie-Cecilia (PNP) and Javier Silvania (MFK) have previously held this position.

Kimberly Lew Jen Tai has been nominated as the new Minister of Governance, Planning, and Public Services (BPD), succeeding Shalten Hato (MFK). Hato took over as BPD minister following the resignation of Ornelio ‘Kid’ Martina (PNP).

The list further reveals that Gilmar ‘Pik’ Pisas is set to remain as Prime Minister. Javier Silvania is expected to stay on as Minister of Finance. Shalten Hato will continue as Minister of Justice, and the current ministers for Health, Environment, and Nature (GMN), Education, Science, Culture, and Sports (OWCS), and Transport, Traffic, and Spatial Planning (VVRP) are expected to retain their positions according to the leaked document.

These appointments, if confirmed, would solidify the continuity of certain leadership roles while also ushering in new faces for key positions in the government.
