WILLEMSTAD - On Thursday, 4 September 2025, OX & WOLF Legal Partners marked its tenth anniversary with a grand celebration for 300 clients, partners, and colleagues at the Cathedral of Thorns in Curaçao.

What began in 2015 as the vision of five driven lawyers has grown into one of the leading law firms in the Dutch Caribbean, with a team active both locally and internationally.  

Over the years, the firm has welcomed new colleagues and, five years ago, expanded with a branch on Bonaire.  

“It all started with a shared dream: a firm committed to both excellence and connection,” says managing partner and co-founder Willemieke Princée. “It’s incredible to see how, in just ten years, that vision has grown into a firm distinguished by outstanding expertise and a dedicated, personal approach.”

Managing partner Sueena Francisco adds: “We have a team that complements, challenges, and strengthens each other. We are deeply grateful for the trust of our clients and for all the moments of collaboration and inspiration that have brought us here.” 

A particularly meaningful chapter in OX & WOLF’s history is the memory of co-founder Freeke Kunst, who passed away in 2017. Stichting MeesterKunst, founded by OX & WOLF, keeps her vision alive and serves as a fitting tribute. The foundation supports female artists and promotes the visibility of women in the arts across the ABC islands.
