WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao will soon become more accessible from South America. Starting December 2, LATAM Airlines will introduce two new routes to the island, Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP) announced in a press release.
The airline will operate a year-round direct connection between Lima, Peru, and Curaçao, with three flights per week. In addition, LATAM is launching a seasonal route from Bogotá, Colombia, also three times weekly.
According to CAP, the new flights will strengthen Curaçao’s connectivity in the South American market, providing travelers from Peru and the wider region with easier and more direct access to the island.
“For the Curaçao community, this expansion means additional opportunities to explore South America,” CAP stated.
The announcement marks a significant step in boosting regional tourism and trade ties, positioning Curaçao as an increasingly attractive destination for South American travelers.
