WILLEMSTAD - The Kunukuman and his team collected 13,446 kilos of waste this year, which is about 4,000 kilos more than in 2021. The Kunukuman confirms this to the Dutch news site Nu.cw. The team will also continue in 2023 with the weekly cleaning campaigns in Curaçao.
The last clean-up of this year took place last week. During the holidays the team takes a two-week break. In recent months, the Kunukuman has also been providing information at schools and community centers. After the information, the students and teachers of the Mariëta Alberto School in Muizenberg also started collecting waste.
