Local | By Correspondent September 26, 2024

WILLEMSTAD - Last week, Kranshi launched a new Customer Guidance System, replacing the old system that had been in use since 2014. The initiative, driven by the Department of Public Affairs, aims to improve service delivery to the public. Robert Wansing from Aequalis Management Advisory & Services shared details of the new system on his LinkedIn page.

“The new system is designed to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. It offers more functionality, better integration with the appointment system, and improved management information. A notable innovation is the kiosk with a QR code scanner, which allows customers to easily confirm their appointments and receive faster service,” Wansing noted.

The implementation of the new Customer Guidance System at Public Affairs Curaçao aims to optimize public service delivery. The system is specifically designed to reduce wait times and enhance the overall experience for citizens.

“The collaboration between Aequalis, Public Affairs, and HTA Software has led to a successful migration to the new system, which offers immediate benefits to the public from day one,” Wansing added.

With this upgrade, Kranshi is set to provide a more streamlined and efficient service, promising to significantly enhance the interaction between public services and the community.
