WILLEMSTAD - The date for the upcoming Ride for the Roses has been announced. On January 28, everyone can participate in one of the sports activities for a good cause. With the Ride, Walk & Swim for the Roses, funds are raised for the Princess Wilhelmina Fund. This foundation supports cancer patients and their families and is committed to the fight against cancer.
The Ride for the Roses has faced some challenging years, partly due to the pandemic. The board is eager to resume activities and replenish the foundation's reserves. The Art for the Roses auction earlier this year helped partially offset the decline in income.
