WILLEMSTAD – The Kadaster has expanded its digital services with the introduction of two new products: the online site sketch and the Deed Rectification System (ARS), the organization announced.
According to Kadaster, these innovations will contribute to a more efficient real estate process while also strengthening confidence in Curaçao’s economy.
The online site sketch can now be requested digitally and plays a key role in procedures such as building and establishment permits, property expansions, and appraisal reports.
Meanwhile, the ARS system allows notary offices to correct errors in notarial deeds more quickly. Kadaster emphasized that this will help prevent delays and improve legal certainty in Curaçao’s property sector.
