WILLEMSTAD – Curaçaoan baseball star Jurickson Profar has earned a spot on MLB Network’s prestigious "Top 100 Right Now" list for the first time in his career. Profar is ranked 84th among the best players for the 2025 season.
The annual MLB Top 100 list, compiled by MLB Network, was revealed yesterday. Profar, who recently signed a three-year contract with the Atlanta Braves, now shares the rankings with elite players such as Jacob deGrom (99), Paul Goldschmidt (96), and Nolan Arenado (95).
Profar’s 2024 season was the best of his career so far. He finished the year with a .280 batting average, hit 24 home runs, and recorded 85 RBIs. These outstanding performances have secured him a spot on the coveted list.
