WILLEMSTAD - Jetair has been monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 very closely and we have adapted our procedures to remain in compliance with all requirements and recommendations established by the WHO, airport authorities and government.

We are aware that some of our customers travel plans have been affected by the COVID-19. In the light of the latest changing developments regarding COVID-19 around the Caribbean, Jetair is allowing its customers to change their travel dates at no charge subject to the following conditions:

• Original travel dates between March 15th, and April 30th, 2020.
• Ticket must be available - No show Tickets cannot be rebooked.
• New travel date must be booked when changing the date – at no charge
• Ticket is valid for one year of original ticket issue date.
• Full refund of the Ticket is not allowed.

Jetair takes COVID-19 very seriously and will keep monitoring the situation and will take the necessary precautions in the event of further developments regarding the COVID-19 virus.
