WILLEMSTAD - A jet ski rider was injured last night following a fall in Fuik Bay. The man managed to reach a nearby charter boat and reported experiencing significant pain, potentially due to a collapsed lung.
The boat's crew immediately called for assistance. A doctor advised transporting the man to the hospital as quickly as possible. Shortly after, a patrol boat arrived to evacuate the injured rider.
The man was taken to the fishermen's harbor at Caracas Bay, where an ambulance was waiting to transport him to the hospital.
