Jean-Julien Rojer plays Wimbledon quarterfinals

LONDON - The Curaçao tennis player Jean-Julien Rojer has reached the quarterfinals of Wimbledon with his double mix partner Andreja Klepac. They play today on the famous center court in London against Neal Skupski and Desirae Krawczyk.

Rojer plays for the Netherlands and won the eighth final with his Slovenian doubles partner against Rohan Bopanna and Sania Mirza from India.

Rojer and Klepac took the first set 6-3, but had to give the second set to the Indian couple with the same numbers. In the end, they won the decisive and exciting tie break 11-9 and therefore play the quarterfinals on center court today.

It is the twelfth time for Rojer that he is on the grass of Wimbledon. He played his first match in London in 2009. In 2015 he even won the doubles title with his regular partner, the Romanian Horia Tecău. It is the first time that he plays at Wimbledon with Andreja Klepac in the mixed doubles of Wimbledon.
