MELBOURNE - Double tennis player Jean Julien Rojer is through to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open. The Curaçaoan and his partner Marcelo Arévalo won in the third round against the Dutch duo Robin Haase and Matwé Middelkoop.
In the quarterfinals, they will compete against the French duo Jérémy Chardy/Fabrice Martin. Rojer and Arévalo are seeded third in Melbourne. They won Roland Garros together last year and reached the semifinals of the US Open, where they had to beat Wesley Koolhof and his British partner Neal Skupski.
