WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao’s leading epidemiologist Dr. Izzy Gerstenbluth said yesterday afternoon in the coronavirus press conference that the situation surrounding the virus is under control.

Currently, only 3 cases of infection are known in Curaçao. It is therefore important to maintain the measures announced by Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath.

Gerstenbluth, together with Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath, calls for everybody to adhere to these measures because Curacao is not equipped to handle if the situation got out of hand.
