WILLEMSTAD - Inova Solutions, Microsoft’s trusted provider of Cloud solutions and software licenses in Curaçao, the Caribbean and Ecuador, recently celebrated its move to a new office building at Van Engelenweg 23. The organization wanted to celebrate this memorable moment with its employees, partners and, of course, its customers.
Commercial director Hans Kruithof explained during his speech that the purchase of the two properties, Van Engelenweg 21A and 23, is very special for the organization. When Inova Solutions started up 13 years ago, it was in the smaller building on Van Engelenweg 21A.
According to Kruithof, it has been all about growth since the start of Inova Solutions. "Growth from an office with two people in the smaller building at 21A, to an organization with multiple offices in the Caribbean and more than 30 employees, and a franchise in Ecuador. Growth from a small player in the Caribbean, to being responsible for more than 20% of Microsoft's total sales in this region," said the commercial director.
He also emphasized the importance of exporting knowledge to Curaçao's economy. "We are an example of how a Curaçao company can be successful by exporting knowledge, Cloud solutions and services."
The ability and understanding to quickly adapt to change are also factors in Inova Solutions' success. For example, the company will soon launch a new website with the goal of improving customer experience on this platform. But the most important event this year was the set-up of the Solutions Delivery Department: a department focused on the digital transformation of businesses by implementing Cloud solutions and services.
"These changes mean that we have been actively listening to our customers and thinking about how we can deliver more value to their businesses, not only through delivering Microsoft licenses but also through delivering Cloud solutions and services," Kruithof said.
Together with Mr. Johan Rog, Director of Finance and Operations, Kruithof cut the traditional ribbon symbolizing the opening of Inova Solutions' new headquarters in Curaçao.
