WILLEMSTAD - Minister Charles Cooper, together with the Urban Planning Service (ROP), has officially granted a construction permit to Green Maison Development B.V. for the construction of additional housing.
The project involves the construction of 48 residential units on Kaminda Fraternan di Skèrpènè z/n, in Scherpenheuvel. These residences will be apartment-style units distributed across eight three-story buildings. The construction will take into account various aspects such as drainage and space for visitors. The investment in this project is estimated at approximately 30 million florins, with completion expected by 2025.
This project represents a contribution to the local economy by creating jobs during the different phases of construction.
