WILLEMSTAD - Starting Monday, March 30, visitors are not allowed in the Curaçao Medical Center to protect patients, family members and health workers against the spread of COVID-19.
Exceptions can be made (with specialist's permission) depending on the following cases:
* Hospitalized minors (maximum 1 family member per day)
* Terminal Patients (maximum 1 family member per day)
* Patients who need help with communication, decision-making or mobility (maximum 1 family member
per day)
* Patients who give birth (maximum 1 family member or support person per day)
The health and safety of patients, their relatives and staff remains a top priority for CMC.
