WILLEMSTAD – Minister of Health, Environment and Nature Tyron Boekhoudt paid a working visit to Fundashon Alton Paas this week for an informational meeting and guided tour of the organization’s facilities.
The foundation is dedicated to the rehabilitation, support, and inclusion of people with physical disabilities, providing services aimed at improving their independence and quality of life.

During the visit, Minister Boekhoudt received detailed information about the various programs and services offered by the foundation, including initiatives focused on mobility support and social inclusion.
The minister was also briefed on the challenges the organization faces in carrying out its work, as well as the positive impact its daily efforts continue to have on many people in the community.
Officials said the visit forms part of the ministry’s broader effort to stay closely connected to healthcare and social support institutions across Curaçao and to better understand the needs of vulnerable groups within society.
