SCHIPHOL, WILLEMSTAD - If the borders open soon for travelers from the Netherlands, they must have a health certificate. This was reported by the Curaçao government and is also mandatory for all people flying from Dutch airports.

This declaration does not have to come from a doctor but can be downloaded from the RIVM site. Passengers fill in the form themselves, print it out and take it with them on their trip.
