WILLEMSTAD – On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the Commander of the Royal Netherlands Navy, Vice Admiral René Tas, paid a visit to the Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Lucille George-Wout.
Also present at the meeting was Commander Walter Hansen, who serves as the Commander of the Naval Forces in the Caribbean as well as the Director of the Caribbean Coast Guard. During the visit, the Vice Admiral discussed the Defense Annual Plan with the Governor and the agreements made in that context.
