WILLEMSTAD - On Monday, November 6, 2023, a delegation from the Dutch Red Cross (NLRK), including Mr. Harm van Goosens, Secretary General of NLRC, and Mr. George Mugambi, Regional Coordinator for the Caribbean region, paid a visit to the Governor of Curaçao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. The delegation was accompanied by Ms. Maisy Scharbay, the manager of the Red Cross Curaçao.
