WILLEMSTAD - The government has launched a questionnaire regarding waste and how people manage it. The survey is being distributed through the social media channels of the Ministry of Health, Nature, and Environment.
The questionnaire includes questions such as "Do you know why you throw waste in the street?" and "How can we adopt a better approach for a cleaner Curaçao?" Additionally, the survey features questions about dengue and whether people are familiar with it.
The discussion surrounding the waste problem in Curaçao has been reignited in recent months, particularly due to the fire at the illegal dump site Dam Pretu, which has caused significant smoke nuisance.
