WILLEMSTAD - On Saturday, the government of Curaçao delivered 21 vehicles to various judicial agencies on the island. The investment, funded through the Criminality Fund, aims to enhance the efficiency of these institutions in carrying out their duties.

Justice Minister Shalten Hato (MFK) hailed the handover as a significant step forward, particularly after years of limited investment in resources and equipment for the justice system.
“With this investment, our colleagues in the justice sector will be better equipped to serve the community,” said Hato.
The newly provided vehicles will be used to bolster public safety and improve services across Curaçao.
