WILLEMSTAD – The Council of Ministers has approved job descriptions and evaluations for 38 civilian positions at the Caribbean Coast Guard headquarters (CZMCARIB).
The decision follows the findings of the “HR CARPERS Job Evaluation Report” prepared for the Ministry of Defense. The report assessed the classification and valuation of civilian positions within the organization.
The government approved the proposal based on advice from the interim director of the Human Resources Organization (HRO) and a recommendation from the Minister of Justice.
Officials say the decision will formalize the job descriptions and salary classifications for civilian personnel working at the regional maritime security organization.
