WILLEMSTAD – The Government of Curaçao has announced its intention to revise the general zoning designation of an area in Daniel. As part of the legal process, a public hearing will be held in accordance with Article 10 of the Island Ordinance on Spatial Development Planning (A.B. 1980, no. 6).
The public hearing is scheduled to take place on April 23, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Auditorium of Public Works in Parera.
During the hearing, the preliminary draft of the proposed zoning changes will be presented and explained. Attendees will be given the opportunity to express their views and provide feedback on the draft plan.
The government encourages all interested parties and residents to attend and participate in shaping the future development of the Daniel area.
