WILLEMSTAD - Giselle McWilliam resigns on Wednesday. The Minister of Economic Development will then participate at her last cabinet meeting.

The day before, Tuesday, she is planning on holding a press conference. She also announced that she would return to parliament.

McWilliam is succeeded again by her predecessor Dr. Steven Martina, who temporarily stepped aside because of a criminal investigation into an integrity issue with the insurance company Guardian Group where he used to work. Now it appears that he is not being prosecuted, the road was clear again to return as a minister.
