WILLEMSTAD - Minister of Justice Quincy Girigorie demands that the Dutch afternoon newspaper Amigoe rectifies a recent report. The Amigoe wrote last week that a complaint for relational violence had been filed against Chief of Police Mauricio Sambo.

The article claimed that Girigorie is protecting the chief of police. According to the minister, however, no complaint against Sambo was filed at all. The minister accused the newspaper of fake news.
