WILLEMSTAD - In its latest press release regarding the second complaint filed by Mr. Luigi Faneyte, the Gaming Control Board (GCB) referred to a phone call mentioned in the complaint, which allegedly involved a GCB advisor.
The GCB has listened to this conversation and determined that the voice of the advisor in question was not recognized. Meanwhile, additional investigation has conclusively determined that none of the voices heard in the conversation belong to a GCB advisor. As previously emphasized, the GCB takes complaints that affect its operations seriously.
Therefore, it will continue its investigation into other allegations in the coming period to assess whether, and if so, which (legal) measures need to be taken.
