Fundashon pa Konsumidó Launches Campaign to Improve Customer Service on Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD - The consumer foundation Fundashon pa Konsumidó has launched a new initiative aimed at improving the quality of customer service across Curaçao. The project carries the slogan “Ku un mihó servisio, nos tur ta kontentu!” – With better service, we’re all satisfied.

According to the foundation, consumers frequently complain about poor service at local stores and service providers, both directly to the organization and on social media. At the same time, Fundashon pa Konsumidó wants to recognize employees who demonstrate outstanding friendliness and professionalism toward customers.

Through the new project, consumers can now share their experiences via an online form available at www.fundashonpakonsumido.cw. The feedback will help businesses identify areas for improvement, while employees who deliver excellent service will be acknowledged publicly.

The foundation emphasized that a positive customer experience is crucial for both consumer satisfaction and business success.

Call to Local Businesses

Fundashon pa Konsumidó is calling on local entrepreneurs to actively participate in the campaign. Good service, the foundation notes, is not only key to keeping customers happy but also essential for building a strong reputation and long-term loyalty.

“A satisfied customer returns and recommends a business to others,” the foundation stated. “But a dissatisfied customer can seriously damage a company’s reputation.”

The organization reminded businesses that without customers, there is no revenue — and without revenue, there is no growth. Through this initiative, Fundashon pa Konsumidó aims to encourage both consumers and business owners to work together toward raising the overall standard of service quality on Curaçao.
