WILLEMSTAD - Fuel prices for next month will remain virtually the same. Bureau Telecommunication and Post reports this. Prices for water and electricity are falling slightly.
Gasoline will be one cent more expensive from Tuesday, diesel will be two cents cheaper. The price of electricity will drop by one cent. From Wednesday 1 February, users pay 69 cents for a kilowatt hour. A cubic meter of water will be seven cents cheaper and will cost 9.24 guilders in the coming month.
The slight decrease in electricity rates is the result of lower average fuel costs for electricity production.
