WILLEMSTAD - The construction of the Epic at the Bay apartment complex is set to commence this Friday, as the official groundbreaking ceremony takes place. The initial phase of this construction project comprises 44 luxury residences located near Piscaderabaai.
In its entirety, the project spans across four phases, which will gradually introduce villas, apartments, and retail spaces. Bayside Development serves as the project developer, with Ryan Godschalk and Michiel Schoon acting as directors.
