WILLEMSTAD - German energy representatives will visit Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao during the week of November 14-18. The purpose of the visit is to strengthen cooperation in the field of sustainable energy. “The Caribbean is working towards a future with low-carbon energy,” the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce reports to the Dutch news site Nu.cw.
The fourth German-Caribbean energy conference will take place in Aruba on November 15. German solutions will be presented that can increase sustainability on the Caribbean islands. This conference is part of a trade mission of the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy to the ABC islands.
During the conference, more than a hundred experts from the German energy sector will talk about renewable energy and entrepreneurs looking to expand unique solutions for their business to the Caribbean islands.
Admission to the conference is free. Participants must register on the website of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce. The meeting will also be held on Bonaire on November 16 and on November 17 and 18 in Curaçao.
