WILLEMSTAD – On Friday, June 27, 2025, four departments of the Public Services Department (BPD) will be closed and unable to receive clients. These include the Civil Affairs Office (Kranshi), the Driver’s License Department, the Permit Counter, and the Community Counter located at Sambil. 

An exception applies to the Admission Services desk at the Permit Counter, which will remain open that day. 

The Ministry of Governance, Planning and Public Services announced that the temporary closure is due to internal training and operational improvements. The aim is to maintain and enhance the quality of public service. The ministry expressed appreciation for the public’s ongoing understanding and cooperation. 

Please note that the Admission Services (TO) staff will be available as usual on Friday, June 27, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
