On Friday last week, he received 8 months of probation and 40 hours of community service in the form of aggression control lessons.

Josepha was on trial on suspicion of the mistreatment of his partner and the destruction of her house. He was Minister of Social Affairs for Pueblo Soberano in 2013 in the cabinet of Daniel Hodge.
